Overview :

Please note that most of puppies that we sell are imported from Europe. Europe has a very low incident of deadly viruses such as Parvo, Corono and Distemper or even Rabies. However, once a puppy or kitten acquires one of these diseases, they may be lethal. We ensure that all our animals would be given initial vaccinations appropriate for their age at source in Europe. Upon arrival in UAE, it is our strict protocol not to bring the pets to shop for sale for a minimum of 7 days. They will stay at our home during this time so they may be observed for any underlying health issues, acclimatize to the new conditions, new diet and go for a vet check up and receive any pending vaccinations sufficient to allow a pet to be sold to a prospective buyer. At times, based on consultations with our vets, we may repeat some vaccinations as a matter of taking extra precaution and to provide boosted immunity against the above noted diseases.

We take care of any underlying health issues and the animal is most likely to be free from any major health issues. However, we admit that certain health issues can go unnoticed unintentionally and even with our utmost vigilance.

At the time of purchase, you as a customer, have the right to observe the animal ( playful, eating, good stool, clear nose etc. and normal body temperature etc. ) before purchasing. In addition, you will be given 48 hours to get the animal checked by any vet of your choice ( at your own expense ) to ensure that the pet ‘s health is to your entire satisfaction.

What IS COVERED by our warranty ?

Our health warranty offers Full Money back guarantee in the highly unlikely event of

  • THIRTY ( 30 days warranty ) Death of an animal ( within 30 days ) resulting from any lethal decease that can be prevented by available vaccines. For example, if an animal purchased from us dies due to any known virus such as Parvo/Distemper/Corona etc. we will simply refund the price paid for the animal or if customer may agree, replace the pet. Although, we understand that these are live animals and replacement of a pet somewhat may not be acceptable.
     
  • THIRTY ( 30 days warranty ) Death of an animal ( within 30 days ) resulting from any life threatening / untreatable health problem that may have pre-existed before purchase of the animal and wherein a vet’s report clearly suggests that animal was suffering from this type of health problem before the pet left our premises and went home with the buyer. We may request for a post mortem report from a recognized vet lab in Dubai in case any claims are made on these basis. Please note that due to our observation period of 7-15 days, it is highly unlikely that a pet may be detected with a pre-existing health condition that would go unnoticed for 7-15 days without pet showing any symptoms.
     
  • THREE ( 3 days warranty ) Special clause about Pneumonia in puppies or kittens : Based on our research and consultations, we have decided to cover such condition only for 3 days after purchase as this is an environmental problem and pet can get this infection at any given time, anywhere, even while accidentally inhaling food or liquid particles into his/her lungs or in case of force feeding. As such, after it leaves our premises, It is your responsibility to get the animal checked for pneumonia within 3 days from the time of purchase.

What is NOT COVERED by our 30 days warranty ?

  • Minor problems : Such as kennel cough, allergies, skin problems, mites, bacterial infections, protozoa infections, minor respiratory infections or any such treatable problems which are not life threatening if diagnosed and treated in time.
    We do not cover any vet bills or any relevant expenses that you may incur while choosing to get the animal checked by a vet of your choice.
  • We do not cover any vet bills in case the animal is diagnosed to have a minor or major problem and wherein you choose to get it treated by any vet without our consent or without consulting with us first. Repeat, you cannot claim any amount paid to your vet under any circumstances from us.
  • Any genetic health problems associated with certain breeds such as cherry eye, skin problems, runny eyes, breathing difficulties etc. Please consult with us before buying a particular breed and we will suggest you to buy pet insurance for such dogs. In general we recommend that all customers should consider buying pet insurance as early as possible for any pet. You may discuss this matter with us in person at the time of purchase of a pet from us.

What should I do if the animal is diagnosed with a health problem ?

  • Minor problems : Such as kennel cough, allergies, skin problems, mites, bacterial infections, protozoa infections, minor respiratory infections or any such treatable problems which are not life threatening if diagnosed and treated in time, you will have following options :
  • If you feel that you do not wish to treat the health problem and that it is too expensive for you to treat the same, RETURN the animal to us strictly within 48 hours from time of purchase, along with a written report from the vet explaining the health problem and you may claim full money back paid for the animal. Any claims after 48 hours will not be entertained. We ensure you that we will have our own vets check the problem.
     
  • Bring the animal back to us for our resident vet to check the problem. If we feel the problem is minor and can be treated, we will get the animal examined by our own vet and provide our vet’s advice and treatment/surgery/medicine etc. at no cost to you.

Major and life threatening problems : Such as Parvo/Distemper/Pre-existing pneumonia etc. , please bring the animal back to us urgently and we will send it the vet hospital of OUR CHOICE and the pet will be fully treated at our cost. If the pet survives through the problem & given a clean bill of health by our vets, you may take the pet back or you may choose ‘not to ‘ take the pet and we will refund you 50% of the money paid due to ‘your personal reasons other than health of the pet’. In this highly unlikely situation, you will be required to wait till a final bill of health is provided by our vets. If the pet dies due to such a problem, we will refund 100% of the money paid.
